>sleep 10 hours >wake up exhausted >pop 10 mg adderall to start off the day >get a cup of coffee >still feel like shit for 2 hours, dont do any work >pop 10 more mg, after 30 minutes start to finally feel normal/able to work >the semester is just starting
How do I return to normal and function like a normie who can sleep 7.5 hours and work most of the day?
How fucked am I?

You'd need to start leaning off the stims assuming they're not prescription.
Then the main things are going to sleep and waking up at the same time everyday including weekends with 8 hours or so time in bed which gives you 30 minutes to go to sleep and get 7.5 hours of sleep.
Also make sure your room is completely dark, quite and cold or at least use ear plugs and something to cover your face.

Caffeine has ruined me, I need around one gram per day to simply not feel the withdrawal symptoms. To note, I get swollen frontal sinuses if I don't have my daily fix. What do?

Try... Calcium/magnesium/zinc before bed; Skip the coffee (short term alertness overrated compared to how much it takes your body to process it, which lasts more than a day); Don't wash down your meals with fluids- drink them before the meal (rushing food down your intestines makes it harder to digest, thus your body uses more energy to process it and you end up feeling tired after the meal).

+1 for waking and sleeping at the same time. Also if you sleep something like 6 hrs, try a 10-20 minute nap midday for a boost (but no longer!).

A)too many stimulants B)oversleeping can make you feel sleepy/bad. Go get Veeky Forums too whilst you're at it.

coffee is god tier dont listen to the pussys saying cut it out. It has plenty of health benefits unless your drinking like 10 cups a day.

>need a gram or more of caffeine a day, need 400mg to wake up >take 20-40mg of amphetamine a day >always tired and feel like shit

1. Wake and sleep on a regular schedule. Be into bed by the same time every day; be out of bed and showering/dressing/having breakfast at the same time every day. Don't just lie im bed. I find that oversleeping on a disrupted schedule often leaves me more tired than undersleeping. The routine gets my day rolling, and from there it's much easier to keep going.
Oh, and go for a walk / otherwise get some sunlight outdoors in the morning. Helps keep your biological timekeeping calibrated.
2. Ease back on the coffee. If the pharmaceutical stimulants are not prescription, ease back on those first.

>How do I return to normal and function like a normie who can sleep 7.5 hours and work most of the day? Become straight edge. Drink only water and herbal tea. No caffeine, no alcohol, no amphetamines. Meditate, eat a healthy whole food diet, exercise.

Oh, and no pornography whatsoever and no staring at screens (with the exception of e-ink) at least an hour before bedtime.

this works, but is hard as fuck to go cold turkey into
start with eating right (i.e. regularly, little or no sugars) and sleeping right (i.e. not too much, not too little - 7 to 8 hours is fine). also go to the gym two or three times a week.
also, cut the adderall if it's not prescription and even then try to cut it if you can. cut alcohol if you can, but a beer now and then is fine. caffeine is fine anyway, just keep it under, say, 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day.

If you spend your evenings behind computer screen try f.lux it helped me a lot.
