The hot sauce I make is way better than anything you can buy.

That's not even the good Sriracha.

Wtf is going on here.

Small batch hot sauce.

Far right: mild. Serrano, jalapeño, chipotle peppers fermenting. Will turn into hot sauce when they are done fermenting.

Right centerr. Hot. Serrano peppers, Fresno Peppers, Habanero peppers. Still fermenting.

Left center (bottled)- sweet pepper and habanero. Very spicy. It's fermented, so no vinegar. Lactic acid has a much smoother flavor than vinegar.

Far left. My best sauce: garbage sauce. Every time I finish a batch, whatever is left over that can't get bottled goes into my garbage sauce. Once it hits the top (like it is now) i make a single bottle and keep the rest going. It's continuously fermenting. Hasn't been refrigerated ever. Been fermenting for a year. It's noxious but extremely delicious. It's the best hot sauce on the planet.
