If you mean literally Veeky Forumserature, then the answer is Planescape: Torment, or perhaps something like King of Dragon Pass.

If you mean "the stuff that is generally of the same spirit as Veeky Forums", then you have a much wider range of options. Dark Souls is a strong contender despite being a """meme game""" (Undertale, unfortunately, is decidedly not), you could make a solid case for Pathologic, and I've heard encouraging things about This is the Police. But ultimately, the one and only true Veeky Forums game is One Finger Death Punch.

The likes of DOOM and Dwarf Fortress come a close second.

since Veeky Forums hates plot and trumps the mechanical parts of a novel, then i'd say mechanically focused games with sparse plot fit the bill. so, dark souls, tetris, fighting games, etc.
