The apparent probabilistic nature of QM is the present interacting with future states. The time bias we perceive is no more than the way evolution interacts with entropy; organisms collect energy in available states to survive.
In entanglement and the double slit experiment (delayed choice), the phenomenon of information violating known laws is simply the universe telling us that the present is intrinsically linked to the future.
