Engineering is so fulfilling. It's nice when your major actual contributes to society.

>About to graduate and have gotten job offers ranging from as little as $300k a year to over one million.

I am sure that someone who feels the need to brag to a bunch of anonymous people over the internet isn't a succesful person.

People contribute, not majors.
Hopefully you share your financial success,
but you'll probably always be in debt trying
to fill your empty life buying more things.
Money doesn't buy life, happiness and spirit.

Do you attend Duke now? Are you still in the Durham area? I like logic, went to Duke briefly.

Interested to see where you are now.

A real ivy league school wouldn't let you do a triple major cuz that's fucking stupid

betas are like cancer.

What's the job title on that 1M+ job?

Small loan acquirer

That's some serious coursework, user. I hope you're taking enough time to relax and enjoy college, too.

Cornell has elite tier engineering, Princeton and Columbia are also great but not as good as Cornell.

I, too, enjoy playing with my Big Boy Legos.

Perfect Gpa means you are a brainlet who memorizes everything.

>managed to get over a 3.0 since declaring both my majors
>have around a 3.7 in my primary major classes (math) since declaring

Such is life. I wish I could go back in time and convince myself to come into college with the full intention of doing math. It would've driven me and given me some solid foundation to work on.

Triple major xD
>mfw he fell for the college meme

It's funny because I have a prof that looks kind of like that, PhD in Ochem and in law school

Any tips for getting a 4.0 in an engineering major?

tfw 2.39 gpa after a terrible first semester

No real social life.
If you're fresh out of high school, you need to immediately reach an understanding that the level of effort you've put forth for your classes until now is not nearly enough to pass every class with an A.

An user in the past put it best: "How can you tell me that I'm lazy? I put 30 minutes of work into this assignment!"

Eventually you'll find that you need to dump nearly double digits of work every day for your classes to do well.

Because you're not supposed to max out your unit count, dumdum. Also, audit or ``crash'' classes next semester, so you don't get stuck taking shit classes. Being at school longer and paying more tuition is generally better than getting a shit GPA.

nearly double digits in hours*

I am picking my major soon, im thinking of majoring in nuclear physics. What does sci think?

>Quantum Engineering PhD

4.0 GPA, Megacomputer Science Engineering

245k starting

>actually 3.32 GPA, CS at upper tier public state school, graduating in May and starting a developer job at $62k

What school? Where I go the freshman average GPA for engineering is 2.7 and it's fucking infuriating. It rises by the time senior year comes around but I still think it's stupid.

I turned down a $1B job offer to live the NEET life, fap to /d/ and shitpost on sci.

Did you do your PHD in Post-Anabelian Froeboid Geometrics?

The taller darker bar is the average amount of applicants per job opening by industry
the shorter lighter bar is the average amount of "qualified" applicants per job opening by industry
the floating bar is the % of jobs that are filled within x (doesn't mention) period of time by industry

Does that include classes?

I'm working on my 1,869th community college associate's degree in astrodimensionalneuroquantumcomputerchemicalmolecular engineering. Algebra is pretty tough lads, but I'm the #1 student in the entire universe, kek. I think I'll become a quantumsurgical engineering psychic after this.

About to major and have interned at Google, Facebook, Apple, Goldman Sachs, Tesla, and Amazon and was offered to become CEO of all of them starting at 50 Million a year. I've also been offered to join the Navy as a 4 star Admiral Navy Seal right after graduation.

I haven't decided what to do as I think I am going to continue pursuing my male model/porn star career for a few more years before I go into private industry

>continue pursuing my male model/porn star career for a few more years before I go into private industry

The government subsidizes wang now? I must look into this for future opportunities.

Cornell is very good for bio. Pretty good for engineering, too. Are you speaking from experience?

Oh yeah, I forgot, a member of Congress came by Harvard last week stating they are going to amend the Constitution and lower the age requirement to run for President to 22 years old, so that is another job he told me I would be a shoe-in for when I graduate. He even said they would increase the salary to 1 Bil a year after I win. Might consider that after I fuck a few more thousand PAWG's and Victoria's Secret runway models

Proud of you user

Cornell is one of the best in the country for STEM what the fuck are you talking about.

Most Ivies are very good at the ST&M parts of STEM but only Cornell and Princeton are really good at engineering for undergrad, Columbia and UPenn are great, and the rest are simply just good.

kekkles

No, that was a few years back. I'm back in my home state (Delaware). Why briefly?

Also, what concept in logic excites you the most?

Mathematics.

Things are working out ok. If I were to do it again I'd get a minor in applied mathematics.

>tfw have a 3.9 GPA if I calculate my last 2 years of uni
