You see... because of the sphere-theorem the real universe should be considered in a theoretical framework that preserves its diffeomorphism with the 3-sphere. The topology of that universe will be the topology of universe with no singularities. Since spacetime has O(1,3) topology, the 3-sphere taken with a "radial" imaginary dimension to compose the 3-ball is the natural representation of Minkowski space in spherical polar coordinates.

Government scientists probably have it, but won't release it because then science would be over. Imagine the effect it would have on the economy if science were "solved." Every scientist in academia and private research would be out of a job. All of engineering could be relegated to computers and robots. It's in our best interest that there is not a theory of everything.
