The left love science, but only on a skin deep level, their ideology undeniably comes first and they will attack science to defend their agendas. They'll also make a mockery of the scientific method to progress their agenda, but hide behind virtue signalling and guilt tripping to deflect criticism.

Anti-nuclear industry/energy generation, anti-clean mining (trying to reduce mineral/energy supply from the West without reducing demand just means that non-Western nations pick up supply = also anti economic science), anti-biology in regards to gender, race and anything even slightly politically incorrect, anti-industry, anti-sustainable timber harvesting.. the list goes on.

The 'manufactured' quality is compounded by the fact that this protest, the people involved and even the arguments used would look exactly the irrespective of agenda. It's the exact same for every leftist talking point since the 60's.

But do a little brainstorming, think of any leftist agenda you can think of, current or past. The agenda is always different and diverse, we've established the protests all look the same, but what else is similar? I'm saying that statistics show income, geography, social mobility, etc. are bigger determinants for crime than race, and that gun control has a direct link with crime rates too in that countries with high levels of gun control have lower crime rates than other countries.
