The blades of the propeller are not angeled so they would produce no thrust. If the fans are geared in such a manner that the engine turns them, then the fans would rotate and produce some thrust. The loss of power in the gearing and the added surface of the fan mounts would hinder acceleration. The total volume of air that those fans move compared to a traditional propeller would be small. I do not think it could take off.
