make people sterile in mass population centres? i mean, not permanently but with pills so that people living in places with massive overpopulation (eg. india, china, africa.) or poverty must pay for a medicine that makes them fertile for awhile. and a limit on how many you can buy.

I used to worry about overpopulation and wanted 2 children as a result. However over years i realized which groups were actually responsible for the growth, read up of dysgenics and realized the white race absolutely deserves to keep existing. So decided on 4 and my wife was fine with it. Only had one child so far, a couple of months ago but we're going full steam ahead.
