This is one of the basic concepts of genetics you people don't seem to understand. How heritable something is does not mean that variations in phenotypes are results of variations in genetics.
Even if IQ was 100% genetic (which you pretend it is anyway) then differences in the phenotype would depend on differences in genetics. Humans have very little genetic variation, so most of the genetics for intelligence is going to be similar for all humans no matter how heritable the trait is.
Same as every legitimate researcher uses; intelligence means good performance in school and jobs.

Aren't humans specially polygenic at many characteristics, so even when we say that we aren't as diverse as other species we still have very different geographical variations between populations?(because we had a constant geneflow since the first time we got out of Africa)
Is like, we don't have as many tools as other species get, but we have some swiss knifes of tools that adapt to more enviroments.
So phenotypic variation should be higher in each population, is just that the "base code" is much more common.

Alright, I knew someone was gonna point this out, but trust me, that number is not something environmentalist should be excited about, nor does it mean what you think it means.
First, you need to understand that what is being done here is a Genome Wide Complex Trait Analyses. This is something very new and it does exactly what you think it does. Polygenic traits are very very difficult to study and locate the genes for, because the traits are essentially being influenced by hundreds, maybe thousand of genes each contributing a minor effect.
Fortunately, the cost to sequence people genome has gone down enough that studies like these are more practical. However, these studies rarely analyze the whole genome, especially since studies like this also require huge sample sizes to register any effect size to the point that they can be considered statistical significant.
That is why a study like this will have a title like "Childhood intelligence is heritable, highly polygenic and associated with FNBP1L"
