I never touched caffeine until this year >come from a family of tea drinkers and hate tea I think starting after a history of drug use makes me treat it like other drugs
I don't get how people have one spoon of coffee. I go for about one quarter weight to water; black no sugar.
One cup: Alert but twitchy Two cups: Twitchy and hard to function Three and I hit a coffee coma. All I can do it lay down and shake
If you decide to use caffeine; be a normie and just drink it weak throughout the day.
Pretty addictive stuff though
I use it for work as I would be fired if I turned up on anything else but hate baseline brain

Short term: Feel peace of mind Medium term: Get high grades so that I keep my average above the line that divides honor students from filthy commoners Long term: Become smart so that when I have to write my thesis I don't stress out and immediately have something to start looking into. This is particularly my biggest fair. I have no guarantee that I will actually be smart enough for research, but I guess I can try to increase my odds.

>not liking tea >drinking instant coffee Truly redefining the heights of plebsitude known to man.

Short term: self-esteem boost from performing well in my subject of interest
Medium term: Graduation (I'm so close I can taste it)
Long term: Better career prospects so that I'll be able to retire ASAP, but (hopefully) my job will be so fun that I won't want to
Totally forgot instant coffee existed for a second there, was so confused by 'one spoon of coffee'
