Buy it from Tian-Tian
Salt pepper curry pan fry
I'm trying to save money, not spend it needlessly.
Then why are you buying boneless skinless chicken breast? Dumbass
I buy them buy the frozen bags rather cheaply.
This is a blue-board, you pervert. Go talk about your breast fixation somewhere else.
I cut them up, put them in my cast iron, season them with some stuff, let them bake for a couple of minutes in the oven and then put mozarella cheese on it and finish it in the oven. Tastes good and has no carbs.
What stuff do you put on it? How hot is the oven?
>skinless
already failed
I dont get this. What's so bad about skinless?
chilli flakes, salt, pepper
200°C

im in the same boat.. two ways i cook them
what you need:
-some cooking oil
-seasoning - can be salt & pepper; lemon pepper seasoning; or some chicken bbq seasoning you find on shelf
-optional - bread crumbs
(obviously these items cost money - but they go a long way)
1st preparation is in the oven
-pre heat oven to 350-400
-brush chix breast with oil; shake seasoning over chix; then i use bread crumbs which is optional - but i think makes a cheap meal better with texture and all that
-place on tin foiled pan
- cook for 35 minutes
2nd prep is on the grill
-brine chicken (just place in salt water mixture in a ziploc baggie) for 30 minutes; longer is preferred
-brush chicken with oil
-season with what you got
-get grill up to 500 degrees with a medium flame
-grill 8 minutes a side (time may vary depending on heat)
thats it. you can buy 1 lb bag of dry black beans and 5 lb bag of rice for less than 3 bucks together; follow instructions on bag - these take a long while to cook (but saving that almighty dollar is important and is worth it) throw in a can of corn (or prep frozen loose corn) also can of diced tomatoes with green chili (optional) - mix ingredients together after separate prep. bonus: throw in a tortilla and you got a taco. this goes with baked or grilled chix. bon appetite.
i cook two breasts at a time this feeds me for 3-4 days often all week for when i get home from work.
>USA
>Cooking food
Lol.
well you made it to the end of the post. good for you m8
A really easy, moderately delicious recipe is this
1. cut the chicken open
2. spread some cheap soft cream cheese in the middle, add some herbs
3. wrap the chicken in bacon
bake em a bit and you're done.
>Crush two garlic cloves
>Give them a fast sloppy chop
>Chop some ginger
>Add some soy sauce
>Add some white wine
Marinate the chicken in it for a couple hours
Use thighs instead.
Throw it in the trash and buy chicken thighs
>bones
>more trash
>generally less healthy
>costs more
POUND THEM REAL FLAT SALT PEPPER IN A CAST IRON PAN. IF YOU DONT OWN CAST IRON KYS
>Bones
Bones are a good thing. They add flavor and you can make stock out of them.
>Trash
What trash?
>less healthy
How? Are you chimping out over an insignificantly higher fat content?
>Costs more
Where? Generally speaking, thighs are much cheaper than breasts. At my standard supermarket prices (not talking about sales), thighs cost a dollar or less per lb while breasts costs about $3/lb.
Brine overnight in salt water.
Marinade the next in whatever the fuck you please.
Bake in oven.
>Bones
You can buy them boneless user
Thighs are consistently less expensive than breasts.
Lmao Eurofags btfo
>bones
less meat content
>trash
throwing bones away
>less healthy
yes. im not personally invested. but there is a reason why breasts are Veeky Forums and thighs are not
>costs more
you could be right depending on region. but i literally just bought 7 lbs of chicken breasts for 11USD.
>less meat content
Stock is better than meat
>throwing bones away
Only if you're a retard who can't or won't make stock
>but there is a reason why breasts are Veeky Forums and thighs are not
Yeah, Veeky Forumsfags are morons who think the difference in fat content is significant. They are incorrect.
>but i literally just bought 7 lbs of chicken breasts for 11USD.
Lemme guess: frozen with a bunch of added water weight?
Minimum effort - lemon pepper then electric grill
>Stock is better than meat
we're trying to eat for sake of time and money itt
>Only if you're a retard who can't or won't make stock
not practical for everybody; see above
>They are incorrect.
ok, you just debunked every nutritionist from the dawn of time
>Lemme guess:
negative; club membership store - forgive me if youre thighs are cheaper else where - ill keep an eye out at my local grocer, but i have the feeling they cost less bc of the BONES
>we're trying to eat for sake of time and money itt
Fair enough, I forgot that this was a minimal-effort thread.
Though generally speaking thighs are cheaper than breasts. Even if you throw away the bones and adjust the price accordingly they are usually still cheaper.
>ok, you just debunked every nutritionist from the dawn of time
It's not the 1980s anymore man. Fat it's the big bay bogeyman people used to think it was. Besides which, the fat content is only slightly higher in thighs. Even if fat was "bad for you" there's not a significant enough amount to matter.
>teriyaki sauce
> cut chicken tiddies into strips
>season with pepper onion ginger light salt
>cook in pan but not all the way
>add sauce
>cook through
>make white rice
>boom.
fwiw i prefer dark meat over white meat. so i will look into this price/pound less bones locally. after i eat the 7 lbs of chicken over time that i now have in the freezer
Prosciutto works better than bacon but this desu.
>he cooks his teriyaki in a pan
>chix
fucking americans
Cut it up. Fry it. Make Bechamel. Add garlic, origano, nutmeg, curry, whatever you have in the kitchen basically. Mix it up. Enjoy.
For bonus points, mix it all with pasta.
Salt, pepper, tumeric and lime juice
pan fry in coconut oil. Season with salt, pepper, garam masala, and ground coriander. Delicious.
Hot sauce

>lose wars to viet farmers
You would have to include France in that one m8. Dien Bien Phu ring a Notre Dame bell?
>France
Sure, who cares for a bunch of muslims?
Can't win wars against insurgents short if genociding the nation.
pan, nice and hot
marinade in el cheapo Italian dressing for 30 minutes
Stuff that bitch with Brie, diced mushrooms, and garlic. Then wrap that cunt up in some streaky bacon. Slap the cheeky fucker in the oven for 25 mins at 200C.
Eat that pussy until you're shitting clits nigger
Brine them
Salt pepper oregano
Oven with bacon on top
Add swiss and bbq at the end and broil mid shelf till melted cheese

Chicken Kiev
I use swiss. Add spinach and Dijon. Make a wine sauce.
>olive oil in pan
>medium heat
>put breast in
>season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, cayenne, thyme
>preheat oven to 400F
>flip after 6 minutes
>season other side same way
>move to baking dish after 5 minutes
>pour oil/seasonings from pan onto breast
>cover with foil, leaving small openings on the sides
>bake 20 minutes
>uncover and broil 4 more minutes
not that guy, and I dont buy that shit, but they seem to sell a lot of it at the grocery and I would like to know what to do with it besides make shitty chicken fingers.
>eating the skin
Disgusting.
integuments are always the best part of the animal.
Super easy and very delicious
Preheat oven to 200 C
Cut a slit in the breast, fill it with cheese and herbs of your choice
Salt breast thoroughly
Wrap it in bacon
Cook for 30 minutes
Does anyone else unironically like plain cooked chicken breast? Maybe a bit of salt but that's it.
So did everyone else.
eat it raw
Yes, if it is not cooked to be dry as shit
I like to make chicken stir fry out of it.
>cut onions, carrots, peppers, zucchini and whatever vegetables you like into thin strips
>cut the chicken breast into small cubes
>trow the veggies in smoking hot oil
>cook for like 2 mins
>add chicken
>cook for like 3 mins or until chicken is tender
>in the last seconds hit it with some soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger, hot sauce or minced chilli or chilli flakes, basil / tarragon or whatever herb you like, salt and pepper to taste
And you got a delicious stir fry, the secret is too cook the chicken just enough so it's not pink on the inside but still juicy.
China has a history of losing wars to Viet farmers, mate.
B-But that was the end of the post
Just bread them an fry them for some chicken cutlets op
shake n bake
>not knowing the reasons to leave skin on or bones in beyond simply eating them
Stick to Kraft blue box, it's much more your speed.
Marinate it in your favorite spices over night.
>hot cast iron with olive oil
>season chicken both sides
>oil smokes? chicken in
>flip once. remember: no color, no flavor
>remove chicken, deglaze pan with balsamic vinegar
>add halved grape tomatoes
>season, salt and pepper
>add ribbon basil
>add back chicken. toss in the sauce
>top with mozzarella cheese
>bake at 375 for about 20 mins
>caprese baked chicken
>healthy and tasty
Cut it into bits, cover it in season salt, cook till white, throw it in a slap chop and make it super smol, cook again till brown, throw in white rice
>place in slow cooker
>add barbecue sauce and a couple tablespoons of butter
>add any additional spices you prefer
>cook on low until they can be pulled apart
>wala
How do you stuff a chicken breast? Slice into the center and just push shit into it?
Gravy with chicken breasts
Yay or nay?
If they're very thick, you butterfly them and fill up the center with stuff and fold it back, wrap it up with bacon or roll in breadcrumbs. If they're thin just fold it like a burrito.
do a brine for at least 30 min then bake that fucker
A good way to stuff chicken breast is to use soft butter, mix garlic and herbs into the soft butter, wrap the butter mixture in some plastic cling wrap and shape it into a sausage sort of shape and put it in the fridge to harden. Stab a hole into the chicken breast and then insert the hard butter into the chicken breast.

About to have baked potatoes and chicken.
What do I bake first?
The potatoes will take significantly longer, easily twice as long as the chicken.
Couldn't use Brie
How's it look?
Marinate them in Italian dressing desu
Just eat it raw
if the chicken is good quality it can be delicious just by boiling it with some salt or baking it with oil and salt.now if by delicious you imply that you must have 4 types of different flavors by 30 seasonings from pakistan then the possibilities are endless.
Took it out of the oven 15 minutes ago.
Mozzarella cheese wasn't a bad alternative. Cooked three so I can have lunch tomorrow.
This. I've had it this way twice in the last five days or so when cooking them on the grill. Shit's ridiculously great.
When your american education kicks in
Subtle bait.
chicken stirfry with peppers and shit
boil it
shake n bake.
Season with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with a few cloves of garlic and a winter herb (thyme, rosemary, sage, whatever you have). At the end baste with butter and deglaze the pan with white wine.
You don't have to do all of these everytime, e.g. feel free to leave out the wine if you don't have it or don't like it or whatever. The fresh herbs make it more expensive, but you can leave them out, use dried or grow them yourself.
Pic related, with fried potatoes and some raw bell pepper, (you can also add vegetables such as peppers it in the end and roast them off in the juices, but I felt like eating it uncooked in that instance).

lately my favourite recipe, it only uses one pan, takes 15 minutes and all ingredients are cheap and most of them you should have them at home anyway
Mix cornflour, salt & spices. Coat the chicken. Put it on a panini press till cooked. Done.
If youre making rice anyways, why not just make a teryaki stir fry?
smash flat
salt and pepper
flour
egg
back into the flour
back into the egg
fry on a medium high heat until golden
>Pre-heat oven to 450
>Pour salsa verde over raw breast
>Put chicken on pan and toss it in there for 15 minutes
>And then you stuff
>Bonus points if you cook multiple at the same time, that way all you gotta do to eat the rest later is just microwave it
#you'rewelcome
He did you stupid coon
