Blood meridian

Ironically the book point me at ease. I read it when I was 14 and scared of how violent the world was and how horrible people could be .

I was living in Northern. Ireland during the Troubles and a lot of senseless violence was around, a lot of it I myself witnessed.

The book put me at ease with violence and I saw it as less of a thing to get angry about as it was inevitable and inate.

I know it a MEME here but none of you probably read it in a war zone as a kid.

Fuck you faggot, I literally spent my childhood running to cover from bombs in croatia and Blood Meridian is actually a meme

No its not.

I know what it feels like.
Unburdened. It's a now deleted gay incest smut fanfiction.

2001 is a mediocre flick masquerading as profound

lmao
It's the greatest of all time. Inspires people to really think and involves humanity overcoming great obstacles to achieve rebirth as a higher being- the star child, a child of the cosmos, our destiny.

I also found solace in Blood Meridian in a time of turbulence I.e. growing up in a male dominated culture

Where we are going, we don't need economies
