I had a roommate who got rejected from the pharm program with a 3.2, and he was the president of our dorm, approved to be an RA the following year, and his dad's a pharmacists with his own pharmacy, so he has experience as a pharm tech for like years.
Meanwhile his smoking hot chick friend also with a 3.2 gpa got in, with no experience.
He just graduated with his PharmD a few months ago though, so he got in the program the following year.
