Assuming you meant Qb3+, can't white move Ke4, either before or after moving the bishop? Granted he loses his queen either way, so he's basically hosed.
Kxd2 what then? White's still at a disadvantage, but I can plausibly imagine white defending from the rook long enough for his bishop to mulch the black a and b pawns to promote his.

I've been playing for two years. I'm 60th percentile on lichess but now I stopped improving for some reason.
To be honest I started playing short time controls and lots of bullet chess and stopped doing tactics.
Usually I do perfect play and then blunder either the endgame or the middle game or I run out of time.
With longer time controls 15+10, I'm 70th percentile.

Well, below 2000 people don't know much openings, you can certainly win that way. The higher you get though it matters much less, if you are a legit player and reach candidate level then most players you'll encounter know even the most obscure openings lol.
