hi, I took tylenol tablets for about a month in a row and I developed a rash that is only now fading away (this month of tylenol was in 2016).
This stuff is addicting in that it acts as an antidepressant

Personally I find that plain Tylenol works great for aches and pains. Dunno about the cold+flu suppressant kind though, never tried it.

Aspirin, Acetaminophen, and Ibuprofen are anti-inflammatories. If your immune system is abnormal or overactive they will not work on you.
They don't do shit for any pain that is not inflammatory related. Only exception is Aspirin which is also a blood thinner which can SOMETIMES help with headaches caused by vascular constriction or mini strokes caused by blood clots.
