I don't think a single thing you said there is right.
Only the outermost rectangle is a golden rectangle, all the other shapes are squares with sides 1/(phi^n). The curves are quarter-circles tangential to the squares circumscribing each.
It's a beautiful diagram of exactly how autistic math is.
