Easiest Engineering Major?

Brainlet here (only tested 120 IQ or so) so looking for something easy to do.

Which Engineering discipline is the easiest out of them all?

>120 IQ
go fuck yourself

t. real brainlet

Civil

do you like labs?

Civil. Or Indstrial

yeah lots of glass tubes and metal floors and wires and shit, it's lit

Industrial, it's not even real engineering

Do the one you like
nothing is hard if you actually fucking apply yourself and pay attention to what you're doing

Mason.
I heard senior design are often about industrial.

Which is the more aesthetic of the two? I have an artistic flare to myself and like designing things a lot.

Culture fair intelligence test: ~140
Classical intelligence test: ~120

am i a brainlet

civies usually hate architects for being too artsy and not living in the realm of reality. All you do is take what an architect designs and makes sure it is possible.

Engineering management

Didn't mean to reply, but this is obviously wrong
Civil requires some pretty high level maths

wat is dis

HurRdURrR LOOK AT ME I'M ONLY 120 IQ WHICH IS SOOOOOOO LOW LOL LIKE AM I RIGHT ONLY TRUE GENIUS PPL POST HERE ON 4CHIN IM SO DUMB hehHEheHE xDdddd

IQ means fucking nothing you idiot and there are people with an IQ of 110 who have a PhD in physics so stfu you little faggot

>(((IQ)))
Yes you're a brainlet, I suggest potato engineering.

It's considered easier compared to mech or electrical because civies deal with stuff that never moves.

i've heard this to be a good field

shut up clown.
in my 6 years of mechanical engineering schooling,
we spent more time making fun of civil engineers more than studying.

did you uni not have management engineering?
that's who we made fun of

>management engineering
The fuck

haha no. closest we had was construction management. the school of engineering was next to the construction school.

yeah, it's hardly engineering

anyway civil engineers do construction technology, construction science and geotechnics which all seemed pretty hard courses

didn't do civil engineering though so don't really know that well, I did aerospace myself

>120 iq
>brainlet
don't take the b8 guys

fuck OP

there's kind of a thing at my uni though where the civil professors always pass the civil students, no matter of their grades... it's very odd.

and actually jealous, my uni did have aero.

>Elder God Tier
Electrical Engineer
Aerospace Engineer

>High Tier
Chemical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer

>Mid Tier
Civil Engineer
Industrial Engineer
Computer Engineer

>Meme Tier
Nuclear Engineer
Software Engineer
Environmental Engineer

i agree with EE, but not aerospace.
way too focused.

Why does sci love EE so much? Don't get me wrong, I like it, as an EE, but why? Is it because it's the hardest?

reposting from because it's not getting a lot of replies

I'm a freshman EE and I just failed my first calc exam, I know I can pass it but I'm feeling pretty down, does anyone have a similar experience

>failing Calc exam
I am sorry user, but engineering is not for you.

>failing calc
>majoring in EE
christ

>failing the first calc 1 exam
Yea, you are not for engineering user.

Telecommunications.

I failed calc 2 and it was a wake up call. Buckled down, got my shot together, took math courses over the summer to catch up etc etc. Now I'm a senior with 3.6 to a, EE

Just get your shut together and take it again next semester, then calc 2 over the summer to catch back up

3.6 gpa

3.6 is good, for any engineering. so stop being a faggot.

give up now.

this is a good story, but not many people will pull it together.

Study harder and never give up.

And be careful coming for help on forums. There are many needle dick aspies on here who salivate at the chance to put down someone feeling vulnerable.

These people very conveniently forget how they struggled in their early math and science classes freshman/sophomore year. Never forget you're probably being roasted by some 2.2 GPA civil engineer losers who take two classes a semester.

Speak for yourself faggot

Oh yeah I'm sure the guys insulting a freshman for blowing his first calc test are all 3.9 GPA electrical/mechanical dual majors who take 20 credit hours a semester

I have 29 hours this semester

I finished Calc I with a 100%. Any non-brainlet should be able to.

The faggot should fucking kill himself

>literally the woman engineering major
>"high level maths"

I never seen many chicks in civil in my school. I guess if it is happening then they assume civil is architecture, which is artsy.

Most first exams in calc 1 are just on limits. If he failed that then he is gonna be absolutely raped in derivatives, let alone anti-derivatives. People seem to forget there are a shit load of rules to remember for derivatives that I just flat out can’t see a person who failed an exam on limits can do. On top of the fact heavy algebra needs to be sone like the snap of your fingers when deriving which many people still have trouble understanding adding irrationals or how exponent laws work. Deriving implicitly will also just flat out destroy his mind.

No point in trying to study when youre inherantly a brainlet. Non-brainlets dont study anyway

>IQ 99
>majoring in electrical engineering

>tfw 3 of my roomates are EE
>1 is ME and the other is a CE
we all make fun of the CE for a reason

Computer Engineering is a very respectable field though, faggot

In my school, CpE is computer engineering and CE is civil

Since you fail calculus you are probably Down.

Computer engineering, going to graduate in March. Focused my electives on CS theory rather than electronics. Gonna go for a job in software/microcontrollers. Any advice?
