Definitions can be sentences but not all sentences are definitions. And your sentence wasn't a definition. Lots of things have will, that doesn't constitute anything specific to God. It's a non sequitur, I don't know what you were even trying to express with it.
God can not be explained by science, neither can God explain science. You can be an atheist and still go to heaven if you are not a dick. At least thats in orthodox christianity.
