I think they mean "which is harder" or "which requires more effort"

That's a meme, bub. They've got a thousand variations upon that theme, all made to be either obviously stupid or vague enough to be impossible to answer.

The answer is so obviously C, like how can this even be a question?

No it's not, you brainlet.

If you mean which weight is literally the heaviest, they all heave equal weight. If you mean which requires the most force to keep up, C. It's basic static mechanics, you have to account for rotation as well as translation.

You're assuming the bar to be really long and forgetting half of the mass has no torque applied to it.

id say B just based on personal experience

It is long, it's a barbell.

>someone who has never lifted in their life before

Go try it out and let us know how it goes.

>My anecdotal experience has value! I swear!

>thinking the mass at one end is a point mass
>thinking you can possibly hold one end of the barbell in such a way that the weight on that side has no torque applied to it with your small hands
you clearly are too brainlet to understand the theory; that's why he said to go out and try it experimentally

>heh, your anecdotes have no value!
>b-b-but i swear i'm doing science, aka empirical natural philosophy!
incredible

This pic is either made by a stupid person or a troll.

It depends on the scale. Assuming the proportions are somewhat drawn to scale, holding up 22.5 lb on that end should have the greater leverage.

>or both

It's C, go lift weights you stupid nerds.

>heavier
all the same weight

>reducing experiments to "anecdotes"
kys my man

They're all the same weight, it's a trick question you retards

c would require insane grip strength

>assuming point masses;
>assuming your grip is a point force
bro you ask a stupid question you get a stupid answer

>Which is heavier
>holding
Holding has no weight. It's an activity.

None. 45 lbs isn't heavy.
