The average IQ for compsci majors is 125.
My dads iq is 138, moms is 132, and sisters is 135. Wtf god?

Haven't been tested for IQ, but I figured out bubble sort on my own before they taught us any sorting algorithms. 32 on ACT, 26 math 36 science. What do you think my IQ is with that data?

Bubblesort is one of the worst sorting algorithms so discovering you can nest two loops to sort through in two different ways is nothing special.

Okay. A lot of things still require study if you want to do well or be knowledgeable. once you have the knowledge you can be a useful person in that field but not really someone who is coming up with new concepts.
at 125 you should be able to understand most concepts with study and a teacher.

Well learning entire concepts through only books isn't a good idea. If you means learning things through teaching yourself, i would say that upwards of 120 people start to become more capable of this as they get more intelligent. 120 minimal self taught increasing there after.
I imagine someone with 160 being able to be entirely self taught. However even geniuses don't have infinite time so they still usually focus on one field or area.
