What does your book collection look like, Veeky Forums?

What does your book collection look like, Veeky Forums?

arent you a barrel of laughs

Manlet starters kit

much bigger than yours.

FUCK YOU

About 500 times bigger.

Damn u r so stupid op

Ehhh, I'm 5'11, not a manlet unless you're going by Veeky Forums standards but whatever makes for le epic toast I guess?

>anime
>Lolita
>Murrican right-winger shit

It's like what Timothy McVeigh would read if he was a weeb pedophile

Metric shittons of 60's-80's sci-fi mass-paperbacks. Love those trippy cover arts

Or, you know, /pol/.

its not that, you just read bad books.

it looks like a collection of books

> people posting book collections of less than several hundred.

Do you even read?

What is it with you fascists and anime? Why are so many "alt-right" people weeb virgins and losers? And how does that lead them to white supremacism?

I'm white. I'm fairly conservative.

You make me hate white people.

Weak people have always been drawn to fascism.

where have you been?
white supremacists have always been sad, lonely, losers
its the only thing they can feel good about without trying

It's that weird mixture of self-aggrandizement and self-pity.

Sad

Hey, nigger, we're on Veeky Forums. It's an anime website. Tons of shelves are going to have weebshit. Go start a bookshelf thread on /co/ and see what happens.

Also everyone knows anime is white nationalist propaganda by the self-flagellating japs to atone for letting down Hitler in WWII. Have you seen sailor moon? Shes 300% aryan

see. they're all isolated cryboys

woke me the fuck up, I'm joining my local antifa chapter today

...

If OP was trying to be /pol/ he could've chose much better books.

i can respect that

i literally got all these for free

>mfw Nora Roberts was actually neat (Chesapeak Blue is a magnum opus imo)

not judging. at least those are books people actually read. so much posturing in these threads

>What does your book collection look like, Veeky Forums?
(nearly) first-time Veeky Forums poster here.
I'm from /diy/, and my book collection looks like a crap-ton of paperbacks neatly arraigned in homemade pallet-wood shelves.
Heavy emphasis on William Gibson, Phillip Jose Farmer, David Drake, Larry Niven, Robert Heinlein, Issac Asimov and Roger Zelazny.
(lots of other stuff though)
I'm too drunk (homemade blackberry wine) to get motivated to take a pic, but trust me, it's totally hipster chic (the furniture, not the books), so have a picture of a (probably fake) ad related to Shackleton's Boat Journey ( a really cool book).

p.s. I once met Issac Asimov, and shook his hand.

david drake is pretty edge hipster desu

>david drake is pretty edge hipster desu
Thanks (I guess).
PRB is hipster too, but I started drinking it before I knew it was cool (or whatever hipsters call their bullshit).
To round out the picture, I also have a bunch of Stephen King, but all hardbound so I wasn't looking at that side of the room when I listed my paperbacks.
The sad part is, people say I look like him.

suuure you did. all the true hips do.

>I started drinking it before I knew it was cool

Wow, you sure are on the cutting edge of culture and coolness! What a hip guy!

If that's you in the picture, I've got bad news: you actually are Stephen King

>If that's you in the picture, I've got bad news: you actually are Stephen King
That would be good news.
Instead, I've got his looks without the money or talent.

or good taste in literature

Have you read any of your three arts of the deals?

Rec me a Farmer pls. Is Jesus on Mars good?

>how to good-bye depression
Have you tried it? Malarkey, or effective way?

These are the ones I keep on my desk as of today. Have more at home and a ton of pdfs & 'virtual' books. Removed color because filesize was too big.

I love "existentialism is USED BOOK", what do you think of it?

...

Who is Maurice Mused?

It's pretty good, I like how Sartre included the coffee stain on page 43.

The new big thing in second hand phenomenology

>Rec me a Farmer pls. Is Jesus on Mars good?
Wow, you picked one I've never read.
When I was much younger, I read "Dark is the Sun" and loved it, good solid a to b to c action adventure. Reminds me of Barsoom. If you're looking for more thinking man's sci-fi I'd recommend "Dayworld". It's got a social message (and a sequel, I think).
If you'd like an involved series, try the World of Tiers series. Six to eight books starting with "The Maker of Universes", written over a period of several decades.
He's got a LOT of eclectic stuff too, "The Other Log of Finneas Fog" is a re-telling of "Around the world in Eighty Days" except the trip is a secret mission to thwart an alien invasion.

no you are not, you halfbreed shitskin.

Bought these over the weekend.

Sudden Death is really good...in parts. The little metafictional asides are kinda distracting. Arlt is great. Haven't read those by Herrera and BolaƱo but I hear good things.

>two copies of Stoner
Make sure to read Warlock. That edition of Byron is very good, too.

where did you get phenomenology of perception from? that used sticker looks really familiar but i can't quite place it

Why are so many leftists fat lonely catladies? And how does that lead them to identity politics?

keep way of men and lolita and toss the rest

>What does your book collection look like?

Like a dingus.

Marlowe is far better than Shakespeare. Good choice.

I go to MTU, got it from their bookstore.

Well, I bought twice that number of books today alone, so...

>mfw only 5'14"

This.

my collection:
lots of books in storage boxes
hard drives with hundreds of epub/mobi files
a kindle w/ 100s of books
my new phone with 3 books
my old phone with dozes of books
my tablet with a dozen books
my laptop with dozens of books

>puts the meme trilogy together

Don't worry, at least you don't hide your filthy genre fiction like most of us here do.

>only three Art of the Deals

>only decent book is lolita
>trump
>far right propaganda
Why am I not surprised?

>Enemies foreign and domestic
>foreign enemies
>domesti enemies

looks like you have all bases covered fucking kek

keep the rest on my kindle.

>you actually bought and arranged all these books just to take this shitty meme picture

kys yourself my dude

You have some confidence buddy
