No, it just fucks up your brain.
For mathematics you need a clear and sharp mind, fucking it up completely with the use of drugs will not do you good.
Although to be fair, some mathematicians, namely Erdös, made heavy use of drugs. But keep in mind that he used amphetamines, which does not result in some "psychedelic trip", just an increase in alertness a sense of fatigue and a couple of other effects.
