best website for newest science news?

Going directly for the published papers would be the best resource.

Which journal has the most reliable papers?

Buzzfeed

A lot of bullshit gets posted in every single one but at least it's immediately obvious after actually reading them if they're on to something. Every single actual news site will usually interpret the papers in their own way, so you will have to search for the papers to get the facts anyway.

It's actually really frustrating to stay informed if you go for general science without specializing.
