What's the most accessible, storable, dispersible, toxic substance one can make in their own home?
Bleach + Ammonia is an obvious one for chloramine gas but collection and dispersion becomes an issue.
One could also very easily siphon chlorine gas from electrolysis of table salt, just takes a couple batteries and a container. This takes a long ass time to collect enough to hurt though.
