Don't pretend or try to imply that you have a major, unknown, weird disease that you can't figure out, and do the following:

1. Go to the gym.
And do a strength routine too, don't fucking do a bro-split, (that is, using machines and aiming for aesthetics). We are trying to get you to be more energic, and filled with vigor. So do a strength routine using only barbell compound movements. These will make you strong and boost your testosterone.

2. Go outside.

Go outside more. Get a puppy, walk him daily at least 45mins.

3. Get your 8 hours of sleep every night.
Just do it man. Try your hardest to sleep at least 6 hours at an absolute minimum every single night.

4. Drink a fuckton of water.
Your brain needs water to work properly

5. Take cold showers.
These will strengthen your inmune system so you'll get the flu less regularly. Cold showers also help you to develop testosterone and fill you with vigor in general.

I'm not your enemy here, guy, but just take a step back and look at how violently you tried to deny the fact that you were depressed and don't have a psychological illness. I get it, it's a real stigma, but there is a huge body of evidence that suggests depression is not 'just' psychological.

You should really get a second opinion on the thyroid shit. The "normal ranges" for thyroid hormones are not really informative. Being on the low side of "normal" could still be extremely problematic.

This is not a good thing. Oversleeping sometimes has worse effects than undersleeping. Get 8 hours ever day, and (this is important) wake up at the exact same time every day. Never sleep in or your body rhythm will be messed up.
