I've never understood Darwin's theory of "selection"...

I've never understood Darwin's theory of "selection". There's no such thing as "consent" in animals so how can the females "select" which males they want to mate with? It’s all rape. Sometimes the male animals have "competitions" where they fight each other and during all this an animal in the background sneaks behind them and has quick sex with one of the females and runs off after depositing his seed inside her. It's survival of the luckiest, not the fittest.

Your premise is wrong.

Source?

What's a female animal gonna do if a male animal gets on top of her without her consent? Call the cops?

>It's survival of the luckiest, not the fittest.
yes sometimes the luckiest becomes the fittest
sometimes the fastest, sometimes the strongest, sometimes the most coward
in the back perspective, the one who survived and had success, was the fittest
you cant determine it beforehand

-Females are larger and stronger in many species
-Social structures inhibit certain behaviors, eg in canines and giant otters that form packs with dominant breeding pairs.
-Neurological factors. Natural disinclination to rape, etc.

Why don't you rape every cutie you see, user?

>-Females are larger and stronger in many species
>Human females aren't
What did nature mean by this?

>I've never understood Darwin's theory of "selection"

That rape is okay
