A fusion bomb (unlike a fission bomb) can be made arbitrarily as powerful as you want. If you can engineer the containment, you can make it any size. Note that there is no military use for bombs that powerful, so they aren't being produced.

Yeah. But a bomb which doesn't go up in a single bang is considered a "fizzle". Dynamite explodes. A pool of gasoline just burns and does less damage even if the total energy release is greater.
