20 cubic volume of a book on average

I'm in college so I am constantly reading to reinforce lecture. I read ahead so lecture becomes a review and having a background in the concepts, am able to learn and connect ideas with ease.

I probably spend roughly 9 hours a day reading.

i try to get at least 25 nautical knots of reading done per day for difficult material otherwise a couple hectare

I've been reading 300 cubits in length, 50 cubits in width and 30 cubits in height; or at least I try to, but time never allows :(

About $800

I read all of Aristotle in a week.

the only thing remotely Veeky Forums he says he accidently bought...yikessss

Hooly crap this is hard to watch. It's like that office episode but ten times worse.

I'd pay $800 to punch that annoying numale face a few times

Between 2-3hrs a day, namely with different books.

I try to read on average 10000 per day. I should, in theory, be able to make a penny per word I read a day eventually.

300 pages a day

3-4 hours while having a full time job

On average 3 minutes an hour give or take.

You just have to read the table of contents, and you pretty much know the book. It doesn't take that long.

~70 minutes worth of bus trips

I've seen this before, but it just struck me how odd it is that he's doing this at a B&N counter with half-filled sacks.

I don't think it's beyond Tai to rent out a counter and some sacks for an hour to go over some titles he's not going to buy.

About an hour. I have other hobbies, although I don't know why I'm mentioning that as I've been here long enough not to care, or do i?

How did this guy read a book a day? It takes me 3 days to read stuff like phenomenology of spirit or infinite jest.

Reading comprehension. Lit in a nutshell.

he just reads the table of contents, then if there's something that interests him he just skims through the chapter

Does that include shitposts on Veeky Forums?

If not maybe like an hour a week or so, I'm not really big into reading.

oi lookey huya, we got a fucking smart alec!
what ar ya doin reading a fukin book? huhuhu
hey mistuh smart man why dont cha go read a book hah!

I read about 1 paragraph of Hegel everyday, it takes me 7-8 hours. Pretty happy with this pace, hopefully I will finish the Phenomenology by the time I'm 52 :^)

I watch some of his videos because I find his persona fascinating. He once said he orders eight books a day off of Amazon, and reads one of them while skimming thorough the other seven.

who here listens to audiobooks while reading?

I actually started doing this recently as a test. It's basically reading + narration. I found it slows down my reading speed a lot and doesn't change my reading comprehension at all. I'll keep testing it though.

I've had a problem with glazing over words since I can remember. So if I'm required to read a text for one of my courses, then I do not have a choice.

I saw his LondonReal interview the other day. Guy "reads" so many books that he can't form a coherent sentence before quoting another book.

Like, 5 pages a day including intense analysis because I'm dumb
