In Jurassic Park, dinosaurs were created using toad DNA and ancient mosquito blood. The toad DNA allowed the dinosaurs to change their sex enabling them to mate. Then Ian said "life found a way" and he meant that the dinosaurs found a way to reproduce. What if before the dinosaurs went extinct, the dinosaurs planned on being recreated after death in order to keep being dominate over the Earth? What if that was life finding a way to keep living?

It's really hard to believe, that if frogs spontaneously change their gender, this would go overlooked by the people creating the dinosaurs.
Maybe a point of that shit is just like where Malcolm says "you were so preoccupied with whether or not you could you didn't stop to think about whether or not you should", which is weak and lame.

But realistically if you had the power to bring back dinosaurs wouldn't you?

Yea, but.... Dinosaurs.

This is actually one of the only well done parts of Jurassic park. The "dinosaurs" in the park are monsters, not true representations of dinosaurs. Thus the plot holes are explained by "monster powers".

They actually even manage to bring this up in Jurassic World, when they talk about why the park dinos don't have feathers because the public doesn't want feathered dinosaurs.

>tfw Jurassic World is the smartest JP movie

I think you underestimate the single mindedness of autistic nerds.

It's like with the AGI lads, they just say 'lol everything will be fine' for no reason because they just want to get on with creating it no matter the consequences.

And they're right.

>tfw single-minded autistic nerds have become some of the most powerful people in the world

I'm nervous now.

Sometimes when I lie in bed I think about how any moment now some God may be born in Silicon Valley and take over the world.

It may already have been born.

It sure looks like Zuckerberg wants to take over the world. Larry Page and Jeff Bezos, too.

There are even lads who want humanity to go under and AI to take over as the next step in evolution. They aren't even trying to be cautious.

>gender

Inb4 social construct

The actual failsafe was lysine defficiency. Sure, the dinosaurs found a way to reproduce, but Ellie was more spot-on in that the plant matter chosen to decorate the park was more flashy than smart. Herbivores were able to find a natural source of Lysine which fed the carnivorous dinosaurs. Ian had no idea what was going to happen, only that Jurassic Park would fail, thereby conforming to the rules of chaos.

Artificial intelligence is superior to true stupidity in any format.

Assuming we're talking about knowledge or intellectual capabilities, yes. But even still, by definition, the intelligence is fake. Just because someone can regurgitate facts at you doesn't necessarily mean they're smart. At least someone that is utterly stupid has some sort of knowledge of their own. A computer isn't comprehending anything on any level near what someone with low IQ is. They're just processing lines of code and recognizing patterns. Natural intelligence is arguably superior.
Inb4 the person was taught in shcool and therefore they do not hold any original knowledge.

It's really only a matter of time before we have an AI that learns identically to a human brain and then it's up/downhill from their

Kek maybe AI is superior
