Because while I do hate capitalism, all the other people who say "I hate capitalism" seem to be rich little faggot tranny-loving queer retards at rich spoiled brat universities and I'm afraid of being lumped in with them.

You don't really leave the house much, do you. This sounds more like what /pol/ thinks lefties are than what lefties are (a pretty heterogenous group as a whole)

That got antisemitic quick.

Because I like not starving to death.

Because it's quite good at keeping the rabble in check and/or under control.

I still don't like it, though. Beggars can't be choosers, however.

>unironically posting a strawman comic

>Why are you still a capitalist, Veeky Forums?

Because I exist in a capitalist system, you retard, and capitalism is what pays my debts and builds my wealth. Now go back to

I don't mind actual lefties. I consider myself a lefty. I also don't mind faggots or even trannies, really, for any reason of principle.

What I mind is the people I'm surrounded by at university, who are all tranny-loving queer retard faggots claiming to be the lefty vanguard, and who shout out any of those "heterogeneous" lefties you mention if the latter don't love queer retarded tranny shit too.

I've sat through too many left-wing theory classes that turned into virtue-signalling pink-haired fat chick "I'm a Twitter activist, retweet my pronouns or I'll have you hanged by the state" drum circles. So I hang out with libertarian capitalists and autarkic nationalists who are ambivalent about capitalism, instead.

If you go around saying "I hate capitalism!" you will only alienate all the people who are interesting enough to dissent against the current status quo, and attract all the people who are only brave enough to be activists when it's a safe, sanitized, state-sanctioned roleplaying game that they can use to pass the time in their bourgeois faggot existences. Currently the best and smartest socialists I know are right wing.

>Being "communist"
>Arguing that jobs serve no purpose
Christ this is why I'm so close to giving up on this fucking cause. In order for communism to work, you need to create a nationalist society with strong identity and desire to create a great nation. Communism is not free money, its a work-centered society.

I'm a skeptical capitalist, largely because in the USA where I live the Protestant work ethic that has been drilled into society is very easily taken advantage of, and labor often isn't given as much renumeration as it should be as a result.

That said, a man still has to eat and have shelter, and material goods can bring a measure of comfort you cannot find if you entirely lack them. Material goods shouldn't be your raison d'ĂȘtre, but neither is Diogenes' empty barrel a comfortable place to sleep.

Why are you still shitposting, Veeky Forums?

>be a capitalist
>told to go back to /pol/

>be a communist
>told to go back to /pol/

(Addendum, I think central planning of economic and material production is a much more dubious approach than small scale capitalism youtu.be/CLW7r4o2_Ow )

>Posts Reagan praising capitalism
Yeah that trickle down economy is much less dubious.

Hi Stalin

This. Humans are cunts and won't work properly if there is no competition and not some financial benefit to working hard.

MB and Cancun vacay

This entire website is antisemetic if you haven't noticed yet

The fuck did you call me

You see my dude, just wait. I was pretty appaled by these people too, but once I graduated, I realized their existence can only be inside campus grounds, once they're thrown into the world, everyone suddenly becomes anything from a moderate socdem to downright liberal, and most of the people who I'm still in touch who are anywhere in the radical left are either the chill queer types and guys who've always read and got in touch with socialist theory and etc.

For a lot of middle-to-upper class people, college is the time in life for them to care about nicaraguan banana farmers and species being extinct or whatever before they become a new generation version of their moderate parents.

>For a lot of middle-to-upper class people, college is the time in life for them to care about nicaraguan banana farmers and species being extinct or whatever before they become a new generation version of their moderate parents.

is there a political ideology that gasses ONLY these types?

t. larping basement-dweller

>Cancun vacay
I just did a 10 day all inclusive, shit was fuckin cash. I didnt become sober until I was back at my house in Maine.

Stalinist detected.
Creative work is a basic human tendency, any antistatist society could operate without petty nationalism. Take a look at Rejova or Oaxaca rn.
The only major problem for actually existing libertarian communism is outside aggression.

all ideology is a spook

Hello newfriend, on Veeky Forums similarly to the term 'fag', the term 'jew' does not always refer to a literal jew but rather to a metaphorical jew, a person or institution that acts like the antisemitic stereotype of a jew.

this comic really is the greatest the internet has to offer. i just wish whoever had written had chosen non-meme philosophers. Should be Plato and Deleuze or something.

i think you're lost mate

this is true; but there are no 'based jews'

Stalinist Communism.

They called them Kulaks/etc.

The alternatives haven't worked out very well

Ironic considering Marx himself was a Jew.

Bakhunin blows him the fuck out on his Judaism.

and he dedicated his whole life to studying the history of the world in economic terms; really causes one to ponder...

Is this better? I also took out video games.

>not supporting capitalism not because it is just but only because you still want those neat NEETbux

You guys are not real NEET, you're just pretending. Ascend to the next level: become a NEET DELIBERATELY. Tune your will to power with this archetype and reorganize your morals and values according to it.
Then overcome it and become a NET in self-education, trying this way to reach the peaks that were reached by Leonardo, Mozart, Euler, Aquinas, Brunelleschi, Alcibiades, Buddha and Goethe.

Keep in mind that man is nothing but a bridge.

I work a job becomes money gives me power and I don't believe in (pure) communism because human nature is selfish (morally so too).

The concept of true altruism is really hard to prove, especially in a psychological terms, and I've yet to meet a communist who can tell me why I should or we should have a movement without using the words "want".

I'm not against socialism and I "want" a greater equality of wealth. Of course, the selfish and powerful people will prevent that. I don't advocate for war or class revolt, just democratic progress that's already made huge headway since the 19th C. Eventually, all people will, selfishly, idealize a state where they can be free to pursue what they like. The issue is that human nature will always corrupt communism - I would advocate more for capitalism that's so tamed it's almost a leashed dog.

I'm sure shitposting on Veeky Forums is a great way to become Leonardo you deluded fag.

It's supposed to be a meme.

I spend 8 hours playing the piano and studying composition, 5 hours reading philosophy, 1 hour walking and 30 minutes shitposting on Veeky Forums and Veeky Forums.
When studying I usually do 1 hour and then I'll take a 20 minutes break, in which I'll either eat, shower, clean my one room apartment, meditate or read novels/history/manuals.
Every 2 or 3 days I'll have 1-2 hours to meet friends and generally mantain any semblance of a social life, mostly for health benefits.

I wish every user on this board to manage to train their discipline up to this point: we've got way too much free time to avoid striving for something that, at the very least, matters to us.

>talk about politics
>told to go back to /pol/

If you'll see my earlier post, you'll see that I think capitalism as it plays out in the Western world (especially in America) is also problematic. The Reagan joke was solely posted in regards to massive central planning.

>human nature
my gott

I appreciate the lifestyle, I wish you the best of luck.

What are your methods for keeping discipline? I assume you're teetotal.

I'm a hedonistic mess that gets by on charm and unorthodox dyslexic logic. I've never been able to control myself and have been kidnapped, OD'd, had knives pulled on me, fucked ugly strangers and barely manage to stay sober for longer than a day. I'm incredibly afraid of writing and it's the only thing that I can see myself doing. I'm not suicidal, I'm just cowardly and lazy.

Selfishness is what makes human nature unique. It is how we are authentic, and it why every other political system has failed to account for the differences between individual wants and needs.

I don't mean selfishness with any negative connotations, only, that all judgement and actions must come from the self, and the self will be superlative in it's criterion.

it is more than that; it is truth, it is light

How do you pay for room and board?

I'm a shameless leach, my hosts are both my parents and my government.

>I assume you're teetotal.
It may sound pathetic, but when I decided to turn my life around I was extremely addicted to tobacco, alcohol and weed. At that point I had on my belt something like 2 years of me being costantly stoned.
I don't really know what could work for you in your fight against addiction. In my case it was just a sudden, profound realization of what actually were the consequences of this lifestyle: in one second I was fully aware of how mediocre I was destined to be, had I kept living like that.
I initially tried to taper every drugs down while trying, one step at a time, to become generally more active person. I regressed into the same behaviours every time, usually after 4-5 days.
At some point I decided to go full cold turky, and to leave notes everywhere in my clothes and walls as a reminder of what I actually believe I should do. In fact what I've noticed is that as long as I remembered it there was no chance I could fail in my project and regress again in that hazy fog of mediocrity: basically I've noticed that everytime I've failed it was due of some sort of selective amnesia, which made me forget, at the moments, the extremely strong arguments I had for not drinking a beer while smoking a blunt.
Eventually I got clean, and surprisingly it was easier than what I had expected (which is reasonable, since weed withdrawals are pretty tame and since I was not a full blown alcoholics).

>What are your methods for keeping discipline?
Meditation and an aknowledgement of what are my phisiological needs: to know, for example, how much walking in a park everyday sensibly improve every aspect of my life, or to be aware of what foods influence negatively your body, making you lazier. It was a scientific analysis of what my body needed for me to mantain an active, productive and creative lyfestile. Both of these tools have been priceless so far.

>barely manage to stay sober for longer than a day.
Then you should change your habits, and aknowledge how hard it will to be. I know that in your mind you're imagining a time in which it will be easier to do it, and that in some way you're not ''ready'' yeat (I know that feeling): well, aknowledge that this time won't ever come, and that if you think that one day you'll have to quit it, quitting it that day will be infinitely harder than quitting it today. You should go full turky and try to find some support. Most countries have dedicated hotlines for people who need this sort of encouragement, and if you can afford it a therapist could help immensely.
> I'm just cowardly and lazy.
You're adopting weak traits to justify this behaviour, which means that for years you have internalized your position as a one related to victimhood. Too bad that in this case you're your oppressor, and that this way of thinking won't help you in ANY way. Become strong, discard weakness as a mistake.
