It's too vague of a question to warrant a specific answer.
The closest one could come, would be someone who understands that people are smart with limitations of their knowledge (including themselves) while also having supremacy in more fields than anyone else. In any event, a significant portion of this assessment would still be subjectively and arbitrarily judged because omnipotent knowledge is just not possible for us.
