I love Peter O'Toole's thoughts on going back to what the original words Shakespeare used meant.
And I like that Orson Welles pointed that out Hamlet is not a universal man, he's meant to be a specific character in a specific time and place. And that the old fashioned way of playing Hamlet was doing it naturalistically, and that the hammy, overexagerrated, and theatrical way of doing Shakespeare was the new generation in the 20s and 30s of people like John Gieguld.
I HATED that part.
