K, cool

The Wire is a very good show but The Sopranos is objectively without question the most Veeky Forums television program ever.

The Wire is terrible. Fuck off pleb

Video game: Metal Gear Solid 2
Anime: NGE (and EoE)

Music is too subjective

Lit: The Sound and the Fury
Play: exc Shakespeare, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof
Poem: Ode to a Nightingale, Paradise Lost

something like that

>Eminem

this

Test to see if banned

>Movies
The Seventh Sign
Olivier's Richard III
Red Cliffs International Edition
>TV
Downton Abbey
Band of Brothers
Gilmore Girls
>Music
Dylan
Schubert

desu i consider myself a pleb in all things but Veeky Forums, Veeky Forums, Veeky Forums, and the lit part of Veeky Forums

slipary wet dog poop

...

tv - penny dreadful, true detective (season 1), mr robot

/v/ - stanley parable and bioshock infinite i guess, visual novels are adolescent honestly

/g/ - a kindle e-reader

/pol/ likes mein kampf and they ironically didn't read it

anime is not directly tied to literature as much as it is to humanities and the like

yeah w/e

Looks more like scat to me

>desu i consider myself a pleb in all things but Veeky Forums, Veeky Forums, Veeky Forums, and the lit part of Veeky Forums

If you are patrician in /fitlit/ then no other field matters. You've reached the pinnacle upon which any other interest is demeaning.

>Literature instead of Novel

You are a fucking idiot and it shows.

Hahahahahahaahahagagahahagahahahaha
Go fuck yourself, OP

The Wire is genious as a TV show. You're taking it for granted.

bioshock infinite absolutely sucks, though.
>dude if I kill a guy in one timeline I create a better one even if parallel universes are infinite lmao

>Anime: Mushi-shi
>not logh
pleb

>bioshock infinite

Shit taste.

Best vidya, in terms of pushing the genre in intriguing directions (nothing truly artistic has really come out yet), is Shadow of the Colossus, Demon Souls, Spec-Ops: The Line, Dragon's Dogma, Psychonauts, Dwarf Fortress, MGS2, Civilization (multiplayer especially). I'm talking about games that stretched what it means to have interactive media and incorporate audience involvement and story telling in novel ways. There are probably a few RPGs but I'm quite tired.

>pleb
Most certainly patrician:

Jackson, Paul. "The Space between Worlds: Mushishi and Japanese Folklore." Mechademia 5.1 (2010): 341-343.

now this is posercore

Crusader Kings 2 is the most flexible storytelling engine imo

I'd have to disagree for your choice for lyrics. Eminem may be good, but I feel for his genre, 2pac or perhaps Kendrick are objectively the best lyricists.

Spec Ops: The Line was a great game. The idea of pushing morality and the horrors of war upon players and its execution definitely has its place in video game culture.

The most Veeky Forums videogame is Metal Gear Solid 2, fite me.

>Number 1 by Pollock
you're a turbopleb if you honestly think this is true.

Eyedea is the most Veeky Forums emcee. Listen to "even shadows have shadows" and tell me other wise, go on I'll wait....its ok I'll be here when you get back

>the wire is terrible fuck off pleb

Gee that's a funny way to pronounce "I'm a contrarian so hopefully people will think I'm smarter than I really am"

The Wire (as far as I can tell, maybe someone can recommend something else) is the ONLY piece of media that accurately portrays the drug game, from user to pusher it's 90% accurate.

Well, shit. I have to rethink everything I know about rap now.

Told ya so

most Veeky Forums rap of all time is bug powder dust by bomb the bass, this is an objective fact

Is this some sort of sick joke?

I think I'm going to be ill.

Listen to mf doom if you havent already

t. can't tell memes from reality

>caucasian
How come white people excel in every single sphere of human achievement?

Killer7

>being this obsessed with aesthetics

Ur spooked kid

Far Cry 2 did it far better
spec ops was too heavy handed and transparent and ended up simply embarrassing like the last of us

I think you're pretty pleb.

Primer and Inland Empire are both pretty entry-level

>Analytical Philosophy: Does the Tractatus count?
Yes, squarely.

ITT: tourists

>Mushi-shi

It's a great show but it's not very Veeky Forums. Angel's Egg is the most Veeky Forums work of anime tbqh.

Angel's Egg was nonsensical art shit with only a semblance of substance, Oshii admitted as much
I really liked the spearmen chasing the shadows of the fish across the dead city though, it keeps returning to my mind

>Finnegan's Wake
>Finnegan's
>'s

Get outta here.

As someone who does biomedical research I'm curious about what caused you to select that paper for biology. I don't even know how I would qualify scientific papers for Veeky Forums comparisons

How, in the massive world of architecture, did you land on Digital Grotesque II?

>the wire

please don't

As someone with a Math degree I would also like to know how that particular math paper qualifies as Veeky Forums in OP's mind. Is it because it is largely ignored by mainstream mathematicians because it's esoteric?

lots of lit is like that. It's called "interpretation". Plenty of people like Samuel Beckett have said their works have no meaning. Because its the viewers/readers job to give it meaning.

Sounds like a poor excuse to me
Samuel Beckett is a dickhead

if your response is to call one of the most important writers of the 20th century a dickhead than I imagine you are the one with poor arguments.

>mathematical proof: IUUT I-IV
At least go for the classification theorem on finite groups if you are just going for something deliberately obtuse:
only about 4 people on earth claim to be able to understand IUUT, it has been available to the public for 5 years and there is still not a general concensus as to whether or not it is true or not.
This just about sums up Veeky Forums in one post: your quintessential Veeky Forums mathematical proof hasn't even passed peer review; you post about things that have a reputation for being difficult to comprehend to try and impress the other pseudointellectuals even though you have not read them, don't understand them, and haven't even bothered to try and get to the point where you can.
The reason I don't espouse an opinion on finnegans wake is that I haven't read it, and even if I tried I probably would have a clue wtf was going on.
Your post is like someone claiming the best piece of poetry is the part of the Divine Comedy which are untranslatable, purely because if you can't understand something it must be smart.

I used to think Veeky Forums was full of the most cancerous iamverysmart faggots but now I see why they hate on Veeky Forums so much.
