This is only because our bodies cannot produce protein on it's own and you would only be able to survive 2 months without any intake of protein. One has to assume however they are healthy individuals who will partake in your overtly retarded "diets". Otherwise protein poisoning would set in very quickly and the sugar guy would live the longest.

Protein guy would have the worst time and probably go first. It provides the least calories and is hard on the kidneys. Fat guy would get a lot of calories but as long as he’s careful about what type of oil he drink should be okay as long as it doesn’t aspirate to his lungs. Sugar is fine too as long as they don’t over do it.

Without sodium you die pretty quickly. Sodium is in salt, meat, and vegetables. It can not be produced by the body. Without it your brain will stop functioning and this is going to kill you. So assuming the protein powder also contains Sodium, which they normally do, protein guy will live the longest.

Sugar and oil will both die about the same time. Long term effects are not important because both will die without Sodium within 2-3 months.

Not true at all. Organisms adapt to use available food sources in their environment. Throughout their evolutionary lineages, herbivores didn't always stay herbivores(and vice versa). The point I'm trying to make is that humans are among the most adaptable opportunists on the planet. Some cultures consume only vegetation, while others rely entirely on meat.

This is wrong. There are essential fatty acids, but you can do much longer without them, then you can do without sodium. No sodium will definetely kill you within several months no matter what. No fatty acids you could still survive for several years.
