I don't know anything about Stein's Gate but Flow My Tears is already nine tenths of an Oshii movie so the conversion to anime wouldn't be that hard.

Perdido Street Station could make a visually interesting anime as long as the city has the perfect feel the likes of Aria, or Sora no Woto do.
