yes he does. however his audience are cook at home every day people. not professional chef students.

his primary audience arent pros, or cooking students . They're normal people who need guidance as they are not chefs, they just need simple quick step by step how to's so they can easily follow along and make an okay dish in their own kitchen. sure its not gonna be a 5star michellen dish, neither is ramsays, but if its better than tinned shit and it inspires someone to learn more and start cooking better food it can only be good for people
