Di San Xian. Potato, eggplant, and bell pepper first deep-fried to desired doneness, then stir-fried with garlic, ginger, green onion, and soy sauce.
tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream
throw the chips on a tray, cheese on top in the oven at 300 for 15 min, then top with sour cream
the western diet is basically:
bread/wheat
eggs
milk/milk products
literally thousands of things to make with these
personally I'm extremely lazy and can never be fucked cooking so I eat:
muesli + milk
sardines from can
mi goreng
two fried egg on toast
peanuts
apple and banana
orange juice
that's literally like 80% of my calories, sometimes I eat rice and expired pies
rice
beans
hot sauce

meat of choice
water/chicken broth
spice of choice
poor man's soup can be pretty good.
Moules
White wine
Shallots
Butter
Some herbs
Serve with bread. I know it's more than three but imo butter and parsley don't really count
super simple
I mean, you could just stir fry eggplant, then potato, then bell pepper, and add soy sauce at the end. That'd be the simplest way to do it.

LOL must be his white privilege not to think about water as a requirement.
Not him but here you go:
>milk and flour
>distill water from milk, use it to bake bread with flour
>make macaroni from water and flour using your macaroni press
>process milk to obtain cream, beat that until butter separates
>make cheese from milk
>use condiments or whatever as third ingredient
3 sardines
crunch peanut butter
grape jelly
bread
panna cotta
Seriously...most of you cannot cook.
Salt you stupid fuckers. It is an ingredient.
Use it.

Throw on a baking sheet and then into a 350 oven for 20 mins.
Olive Oil
Veggies of your choice (carrots, beets, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
Salt/Pepper/Seasoning
1. Chop up the veggies you want in bite sized chunks
2. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings until they seem pretty covered
3. lay them on baking tray
4. heat oven to 400 degrees, cook for 20 - 35 minutes and flip them halfway through if you want all sides covered

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>Miso Paste
>Dashi
>Kombu
Not quite. There is no Konbu in miso soup, except that used to make the dashi. The seaweed in the soup is wakame. Tofu and green onions are also typical ingredients.
Make dashi from katsobushi, konbu, and water.
Strain out the katsuobushi and konbu.
Add miso paste, wakame, tofu, and green onions.
I find mayo curdles when it's heated, breddy bad imo, but that's just me
...that "3 ingredients or less" thing went right over your head, eh?
fried egg sandwich. scramble egg, fry. toast bread. put it together.
>canned tuna
>egg noodles
>cream of mushroom

Scrambled eggs with toast and tea

It's a seasoning.
