You clearly haven't spent much time in China. China is extremely corrupt and it's very difficult to get much of anything done over there; their industrial model is not as dynamic and awe-inspiring as you probably believe it to be -- it's copy and repeat, and this is often done so shoddily that shit collapses on the reg. It's a very low trust society. The social structure also retards innovation, which is why they steal so much of it from the west. The high IQ is good for little more than rote memorization; the Chinese are ant people who have immense trouble making decisions unless it is dictated down to them by the oldest -- innately and usually incorrectly assumed to also be the wisest -- person around. If we were to work with a looser version of a so called "slave morality," the Chinese version would likely be much worse than the Christian/liberal version you speak of.

China is too often played up by people who know nothing about the place. It's different, strange, and interesting in a lot of ways, but it's not capable of advancing much without the help and lead of the west/white people, who have been responsible for 98% of the world's innovation for a reason, and that reason is the creative, individualistic spirit unique to Europeans.

I wonder why homophobia isn't more popular here. imo they are as much of a threat as muslims or blacks. I highly doubt that. For one, gays only make up a tiny percentage of the population. Even if every single one of them was an abuser they wouldn't be able to catch up to the amount of abuse perpetuated by priests.
