No time soon. It is incredibly difficult to spice a specific trait of one species into another without carrying over multiple other traits. And unfortunately, I mean microscopic traits, not macroscopic.
You need to understand this: No gene specifically says "you should have antlers on your head". Your genes don't even really know what "antlers" are. Or "head". Or "you".
The instructions contained in your genetic code are more like "If a cell has a membrane thickness of X and receives the specific mixture of hormones A B and D, then it should produce more protein P"
Some of those instructions are used in very few of your cells, some are never used, and some are used by almost every cell in a specific type of tissue.
Genetically adjusting the shape of human skull to support antlers, causing the antlers to grow, covering them in velvet, and ensuring that damage to the antlers isn't potentially lethal would require altering hundreds of genes.
There is a solid chance that attempting to spice antlers into humans would give them 10 different types of bone cancer, or (if lucky) make you grow antlers in a completely unexpected place and way.

Decades from now. Making gene editing reliable and safe enough to use in people who are still alive will require completely new technology. Actually figuring out what genes to edit to get these desired animal traits is incredibly hard and making sure that these traits are safe will be both difficult and time consuming. Biology is complicated. It will happen decades from now at the earliest.

Humans are animals. We already have animal abilities. Hell, we can even long distance outrun any land animal on the planet.

I'm genuinely convinced that we'll sooner have realistic, sense-fooling VR where you have trouble telling fiction from reality, than actual real human gene-splicing.
Maybe we'll figure out how to splice better immune system or more cancer-resistant cells successfully (though knowing how world reacts to Big Science, they will call such augmented humans freaks and revel in their own cancer and disease, saying "that's how got intended us") but giving humans horns, fur, cat ears, etc?

Horns/tail aren't that hard if you cheat and go robotic augmentation route or find a way to transplant them onto a human body with no rejection.

But actually causing someone's genes to grow furry stuff? That's a while away.

True, as far as horns are concerned, we could probably be able to get them right now. Just put a bunch of screws in your skull (to minimize the size of holes in your scalp), attach a synthetic horn to that, and make sure that the user doesn't actually try to ram anybody with the horns.
Tails could be more troublesome, since while you could just get a hanging flesh-colored tube on your ass, you couldn't control it or feel it. But maybe in a few years, when we have more experience with figuring out neural signals, we could attach it to lower back and butt muscle nerves.
Cybernetics is your best hope for furries.
