no I haven't but I was in Russia for 4 months and chebureki were one of my favorite foods. It's like... reminds me vaguely of a taco bell chalupa
looks like pic related
looks like someone deep fried a hand
does anyone have a good Russian / Slavic cookbook they recommend?
Yes.
1 cup dirt
2 beets
6 oz beef scraps
1 cabbage
1 tsp tears
serve cold with a side of vodka
what's inside these, ground meat? also, what kinds of spices do slavs use? t-they do use spices don't they??
>look up recipe
>use store bought tortillas
Are people really that intimidated by mixing a little flour and water together?
>uses store bought pans
why not craft your own before each meal?
cannot unsee
I made the mistake of not cooking the insides before enclosing in shell and frying. Had to cut them all in half and refry.
After that holy shit it was so good.
You dont really believe that that is a fair comparison, do you?
yes
that's terrible. a tortilla is not the right texture, it is supposed to be a flaky fried pastry crust:
>slav food
it's turkic tatar food. here in Turkey, some Crimean Turks that ran from Crimean annexation opened up cheburek and pelmeni shops. we call it çiğbörek. there are small variations.
>those fork marks on the rim
you watched cooking with boris on youjew? or naturally skilled?
yes
seems fair to me
>it's turkic tatar food
Whatever you say, roach.

Herring Under a Fur Coat: beets, boiled eggs, mayonnaise/sour cream dressing, potatoes, onions, carrots, and delicious salted herring.
if you really hate your cardiovascular system, eat it with mayonnaise. also goes with egg very well.
>beets
>mayonnaise/sour cream dressing
>delicious salted herring.
I was talking about çibörek on OP's pic. not implying that you don't have a cuisine of your own.
No.
I have never even heard of these but it sounds like the nicest shit. Will have to attempt in the coming days.
