Whatever shit is in the jar of curry paste.

Only extras I add are garlic, ginger and cinnamon.

Turmeric, asafoetida, black mustard seeds, cumin, and coriander get used the most by far.

Cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel, star anise/cardamom, black pepper, chili powder, turmeric, curry leaves, asafoetidea (hing), tamarind paste.

Mephedrone

i use garam masala and curry powder, and add more, much more ginger powder or fresh grated ginger. add heat as needed or desired. i get my spice mixes from a really really really good spice shop.
