I don't know if you can see to clearly, but my noodles, they don't all fit in the water. You can tell because they are above the brim and water can't go past the brim, but that might be too subtle for you guys to notice so I thought I'd elucidate in case you were bemused.

Try cleaning the pot, you might make room for more water that way.
