Cheese (2 slices, preferably real american cheese or edam)
Spinnich and / or Tomato optional if it is fresh and ripe.

My personal favorite is smoked pork tenderloin, bacon, poached egg, edam cheese, just enough fresh spinnich to give a texture contrast, a thick slice of ripe better boy tomato, extra butter and some english mustard. That is a breakfast fit for a king.
