Holy shit Letterman went full hermit mode

Why the hell has Norm had so much plastic surgery?? he looks terrible.

He's just fat

didn't he go all autistic on margaret atwood at some point on twitter? he is one of the best on comedy but he sounds kind of plebish when he talks literature

Norm is more patrician than most of Veeky Forums will ever be

Holy shit these are great

>“It is nauseating to consider that through shameless self-promotion someone like @MargaretAtwood could care consider herself Munro’s peer,” Macdonalds writes.

>“Unlike Munro, @MargaretAtwood is incapable of writing a novel, yet churns out chum at an alarming rate,” Macdonald continues.

>“Munro is the greatest writer Canada has ever produced but feels herself incapable of writing a novel. On the flip side sits @MargaretAtwood,” Macdonald continues.

...

Man I really need to get around to reading his book

Fucking hell, there used to be an amazing YouTube simply titled "Norm MacDonald is crazy" that collected a lot of his longer radio interviews where he talks about not leaving his apartment and not having sex. Bit I remember best is the lady saying it's a joy like ice cream and him saying well you get tired of ice cream and her saying "so you try a different one there's a million flavors!" To which he replied, "yeah but not of women."

Anyway, it's gone now. Or at least I can't find it.

I know what you mean, it was the video where he called in to a radio show sounding drunk and/or stoned off his ass talking about how the only thing he does anymore is sit at home and read books. I'll see if I can find it.

Thought I had the video saved to my favorites but I can't find it either, too bad. It was about an hour long if I recall correctly. There is a different radio compilation vid on there that's about 7 hours long, maybe it's somewhere in there.

looks cool desu

Can't find it either. Was great to see the normies flip out at norm living the ascetic life.

agreed, it's a great look on him, although late night tv is just normie porn, it wouldve been better if hed had that beard

A LEAF!

youtube.com/watch?v=4AJSoJvCpDU

I've been looking for that one too. Was real cool hearing normie talk about tumbling into oblivion to some dumb radio personality

holy shit kek

why lie to us? those tweets were Bret Easton Ellis.

Watching clips from the View with one male guest always reminds me that a full male dominated pannel or anything really is really likely to be oppressive torwards a female guest

Atwood is dreadful and extremely overrated, though.

time to go to the rope store

fucking hell, his face is so fucking fat now

>le evil white man

Norm confirmed for SJW cuck again. Literally pleddit: the "comic"

I posted this video here last night.

Proud of my Veeky Forums.

You don't know what you're talking about.

Because he is rich and has the time and freedom to read literature.

This is beautiful.

I love Norm but his book isn't as good as that.

I know a lot of people who think he's very unfunny, always made me laugh though.

>I know a lot of people who think he's very unfunny

You know a lot of people with no taste in comedy.

>rich

>I know a lot of people who think he's very unfunny

He's a living legend, maybe the only comedians' comedian who truly achieved mainstream status without ending up producing too much shit, like it usually happens with comedians superstars.
He's a mational treasure.

Norms the funniest, he really likes Tolstoy, he's a pretty big Christian.

You found it! Great, thanks.

>Dostoevsky was far the inferior to Tolstoy, he was inferior to most of the great Russians.
Veeky Forums BTFO

watch this, he's just trolling
youtube.com/watch?v=yrbZxtuUdsQ

What is your point

norm is a degenerate gambler who throws away all of his money

typical woman thinking her opinions are objective.

>A great writer will speak to you in some manner. But Tolstoy was the only writer ever who could speak for you.

>letting a slave rapist speak for him
>Veeky Forums

Exactly, he's not rich. I don't know what your definition of rich is, but he probably has less than you think.

Eww

Looks gross.

He's a compulsive gambler who's always losing his money, and before he got into comedy, he did manual labor.

>these hosts
Is this what the average American is like?

>Macdonald, who is fifty-six, and whose performances have a sort of sunny nihilism, talked about Chekhov’s stories. “I like the endings where nothing happens. And I like bleakness, because I grew up in a bleak area,” he said. (In Quebec, then Ontario.) “There is one story about a guy who’s on a boat, who’s dying, on this long, long trip. And everyone’s taunting him, about dying, you know: ‘You’re going to be dead soon.’ ” Macdonald laughed. “So, anyways, the guy dies, and then Chekhov continues the story. They put him in a kind of duffelbag, a sack, and throw him overboard. He sinks in the ocean, his dead body. And one fish grazes against him, rips the sack, and his body tumbles out, and a bunch of minnows come and eat little bits of him. And a big fish comes and takes away his legs, and that’s the end.” (Some of these details are not in the original.)

what can you say

hes right

christianity is part of his shtick.

>sucking slave rapist dick this much
I thought Veeky Forums was full of smart people.

youtube.com/watch?v=WBIpMGyJQBw

>a frog goes into a bank to get a loan

that was so awkward and it sucked, i mean i want to support gentile comedians but that just wasnt too good

What are you doing on the internet during the sabbath?

>Tolstoy was a slave rapist
>...
>Therefore, he's a bad writer.

what happened to Norm's book club?

You can't rape your slave, it's legally impossible.

he is unfunny to people who don't know much about comedy. Most of his jokes are admittedly shit jokes but the combination of his delivery and the awareness of the quality of the joke is what makes norm so funny.

drugs + fat + old

I don't think he does drugs.

isn't he on xanax for anxiety

Would that impossibility have something to do with the fact that slavery is illegal?

didn't mean to sage, I'll post this unsaged post so they cancel each other out.

a slave is literally your property, they don't really exist outside of you in a legal manner. you can do pretty much anything you wish with your property.

I meant what this lad says:

Well, it's legally impossible to own a slave, so whatever you're raping, it's probably not a slave. That would be someone that you kidnapped and forced to obey you.
It's like saying it's impossible for unicorns to have two horns, instead of just one. But unicorns don't exist, so it's a vacuous statement.

Which story is that?

You mean in the US? Clearly you haven't read the 13th amendment otherwise you'd know that slavery is legal.
>Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
See the part where it states an exception?

"and he declared that a child's roasted rump was the most toothsome dish in all of gastro... nomy - gastronomy"

>thread about normie
>devolves into discussion about the legal ramifications of slave rape
wew

Gusev

>See the part where it states an exception
Irrelevant, the exception merely implies that only the state or a state representative (like a prison guard) can rape a slave, since when you become a prisoner you become property of the state. Tolstoy, however, was not employed by the state.
