Anyone has a good salmon coulibiac recipe?

Anyone has a good salmon coulibiac recipe?

I haven't found any that seem trustworthy.

Isn't it just fish wrapped in pie crust? What's the problem?

I've found different versions of the other filling and I'm not sure which is better. Basically trying to get some Russian user to share a recipe maybe cause all I seem to find are recipes made in like the UK and shit.

Well it's salmon, so I don't see why you couldn't stuff and roll it with whatever you like as a salmon side dish. Then again I'm no russian.

the question wasn't "whats some stuff i can put in this" user

Fancy hotpocket

Stuff it with a microwave burrito

literally no one asked what to stuff it with

Try garlic and butter or someshit then idk

I like stuffing in my turkey so maybe find a recipe for salmon stuffing

Sauteed basil and garlic then

Did you try stuffing it with maple glazed bacon?

>I've found different versions of the other filling and I'm not sure which is better.
Do you have autism? There's no one 'correct' way to do any dish. Make the one that sounds best to you. And I'm not sure why you'd trust the recipe of some random user here over an established recipe source/blogger anyway

better does not always mean correct and vice versa

but better is subjective user. Only you can know which interpretation you'll preffer.

Stuff it with pizza bites

something something implied "in your opinion"

is this the beef wellington of salmon

Why are dumb third worlders so bad at constructing questions in English, especially when the question involves has/have/had?

>my language is used as the default language in most of the civilized world
>I still complain people don't speak it well enough

Oh fuck off you entitled amerilard

Probably the same reason most amerimutts are incapable of acquiring even a rudimentary knowledge of english grammar.

niggers*

Struck a nerve with the Euros :^)
The Brits are their only redeeming factor

>brits
You mean Sudanese

My babushka passed down to me a pretty decent salmon coulibiac recipe if you're interested.

1. Take salmon coulibiac
2. Heat it
3. Eat it

The trouble though is finding a good recipe for salmon coulibiac.

Unlike u shitposters I just made a whole wheat pie crust with this recipe:

seriouseats.com/recipes/2017/08/whole-wheat-pie-crust-recipe.html

and I bought a whole red snapper.

Wat do next?

>salmon coulibiac
>whole red snapper
kys

haw

It also has a rice and grain filling in addition to the salmon

Why do Russian foods look so unappetizing?

I guess salmon coulibiac isn't too bad, but other recipes, they look just gross (especially stew-ish stuff).

It's hard to believe the Russians were the ones who introduced plating to western Europe.

Went over to my parents house and made this but with red snapper. Used walnuts, kashkaval cheese, spinach (frozen), shallots and lemon juice for the filling.

Loosely used an Epicurious recipe but it worked fine to cook it at 400.

Add a lot of spinach and skip the rice. It is already REALLY filling. I served it with roasted potatoes and (also roasted) broccoli/brussel sprout mix.

Try this dough.

works for any fish, fairly easy to make.

Made a salmon wellington but I overcooked the salmon. Next time I'll go with a higher temp.

Tastes good for a drunken pastry. What would Christmas be without a fifth and a bottle of wine.

>plating this hard but still using that flash
