Anyone has a good salmon coulibiac recipe?

Went over to my parents house and made this but with red snapper. Used walnuts, kashkaval cheese, spinach (frozen), shallots and lemon juice for the filling.

Loosely used an Epicurious recipe but it worked fine to cook it at 400.

Add a lot of spinach and skip the rice. It is already REALLY filling. I served it with roasted potatoes and (also roasted) broccoli/brussel sprout mix.

Made a salmon wellington but I overcooked the salmon. Next time I'll go with a higher temp.

Tastes good for a drunken pastry. What would Christmas be without a fifth and a bottle of wine.
