Do people really need videos to show them to put meat and cheese into dough every video? Are normies that inept at cooking?

>*stacy tags her 27975937464 friends "OMG WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS"*
>she never actually makes it
or worse. she does make it and posts further about it.
People are drawn to the scintillating personalities and production qualities, not the content.
>mom got their cookbook for christmas this year
I've made a few things I learned from tasty videos, but then I'm a guy who never posts on any social media.
>Do people really
Yes. The answer is always yes.
I don't know why, but it irritates me the way the ingredients always come in to shot from the left and leave on the right.
is it THAt bad?
They're good simple recipe ideas for normies, so yes. Plus not all the vids have meat and cheese -- there's a Tasty Vegetarian that does some good vegan stuff. If you ask me, the international Tasty channels (Japan especially) are the best ones.
Don't try to defend this shit, penis wrinkle
Look, all I'm saying is that the production quality is high, there are some decent ideas for recipe starting points for normies, and some (SOME) of the stuff looks good.
nothing they make looks like it's any good.
It's just a channel to loop over inside dining hall display, nobody goes there to actually learn recipes.
the fucking hilarious and infuriating thing to me is that people like OP shit on Tasty left and right, but every single fucking WEBM thread is full of their videos
>cream cheese
Thats a lot of work desu. Id rather buy 20 bucks worth of dumplings than do all that work for the same amount.
i actually followed the tasty recipe for chicago deep dish ‘za and it turned out pretty well
>he lives with mom
>or worse yet, he dines with her
I pull ideas from them sometimes when I'm bored, some of their stuff can be good if you apply your own knowledge to making it better than basic-bitch tier
Yep, exactly this. They're often perfectly decent base recipes that you can then adapt and make your own.
it's food porn. it's primary purpose is not education.
Normied are pretty inept at cooking but even then, the channel is good even for already good cooks. You got a recipe base with this shit that you can modify to make it something that isn't so fucking basic.
>Japan especially
Fucking weebs just have to make everything about muh glorious nippon
do people really not have better things to complain about? this isn't even edgy...
