Forgot that the french fries should be frozen to allow them to cook longer, left the rest in the freezer for 30 minutes. First batch turned out shit and soggy.

you could use the double fry technique

Didn't know about that, its my first time frying. Oh well, next time.

They burn after several seconds

Guess I'm doing double fry then.

at least you're trying and providing OC
carry on, user

>peeled
Might as well go to McDonalds.

How the fuck do you mess this up user. This is literally cooking an egg tier difficulty.

thats not answering WHY he is boiling french fries

you boil the fries first then fry them dumbass

Make your own homemade french fries, they said
It would be easy, they said

Fuck that shit. I'm going to McDonald's. Thanks'OP.

lol no. theyre already fucking PRE PACKAGED

Well I'm finally onto something. Been doing the whole double fry thing wrong, turns out I had to lower the heat, let them cook on the inside for 6 minutes, and only then turn it to max. Damn, wasted 2 hours.

Not boiling them, just poured oil in a pan and frying them. Don't own a deepfryer, sadly.

lmao what a shitshow

Just do them at 300 until tender and then 400 for a minute until crispy.

Well, turned down the heat to around 250, going to let them fry for a while.

Well, first batch ready. They are crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They have a weird sweetness to it, which I don't really mind to be quite honest.

>he doesn’t refry his French fries at least 6 times
