I am more of a valley fag that I am a seafag, but if we are talking seafood in Tj then go to a place called "El Mazateño"; almost always full so be ready to wait. But I would advice you to go to Puerto Nuevo, it is a 45min ride at most, there you can get from shrimp tacos to lobster. In Ensenada there is a food stand called "La Guerrerense"; huge line but it's very good ceviches and tostadas

Just ask for some flan or buy a churro, norteños don't eat too much candy that is exclusive from the north, only remember that:
